M. N. VIJAY KUMAR

M. N. Vijay Kumar is a qualified Chartered Accountant with additional qualifications in Law and DISA. He has over 35 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Credit, and Audit, across sectors including manufacturing, banking, services, and audit.

He is a designated partner at VKNH & Associates, a firm of Chartered Accountants engaged in Accountancy, Audit, and Taxation. He retired from ING Vysya Bank as Vice President - Finance, having held the functional designation of Head - Taxation and Regulatory Reporting.

MADHAVA RAO MANKAL

Madhava Rao Mankal is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India, and a member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of the US. He has over 40 years of experience in Finance and allied fields in the national and international arena.

CA DINESH S. BHALKIKAR

CA Dinesh S. Bhalkikar is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, taxation, audit, and business advisory. He previously headed Finance & Controlling at Geberit India for over 11 years, and earlier held finance roles at Sobba Developers, Reliance Retail, and Wipro. He founded Bhalkikar & Associates, Chartered Accountants, in 2022.

He joined VKNH & Associates LLP as Partner in October 2025, and is based out of the firm's Bengaluru office.
